Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By registering for or using the weight-loss coaching program offered by Young Group / Trần Thủy Tiên ("Young Group", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not register for the program.

2. Description of service

Young Group provides a 1-on-1 weight-loss coaching program, including personalized meal guidance, regular Zoom/coaching sessions with our coaching team, and day-to-day progress tracking. The specific details of your program (duration, session frequency, any accompanying products) are confirmed directly during your consultation, before you register.

3. Not medical advice

Content and guidance from Young Group is intended to support nutrition and lifestyle changes and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, managing a medical condition, taking medication, or have any health concerns, please consult your doctor before starting the program and throughout your participation.

4. Client responsibilities

To get the most out of the program, you agree to follow the guidance provided, to report your weight, measurements, and relevant health information honestly and on schedule (including any medical condition or medication that may affect your weight), and to proactively communicate with your coach about any changes or difficulties along the way.

5. Refund policy

Young Group refunds your tuition only if you meet all of the following conditions:

• You follow the guidance exactly for the full 60 days.
• You don't change the meal plan on your own or add other methods.
• You submit photos of your meals as required.
• You report your weight and measurements on schedule.
• You attend at least 80% of the Zoom/coaching sessions.
• You use the recommended products as directed.
• You haven't failed to disclose a medical condition or medication affecting your weight.
• After 60 days, you still haven't reached the minimum agreed-upon result.

If one or more of the conditions above is not met, a refund request will not be approved. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the contact details in section 11, within a reasonable time after the program's 60-day period ends.

6. Payment terms

Tuition is discussed during your consultation, based on your individual situation and goals — there is no single price for everyone. Your payment method and schedule will be confirmed before you formally register for the program.

7. Intellectual property

All materials, meal plans, guidance, and content provided as part of the program are the property of Young Group and are for the personal use of registered clients only. Copying, sharing, or redistributing this content to third parties without written consent is not permitted.

8. Limitation of liability

Young Group is committed to supporting you toward your goals, but actual results vary based on individual factors, adherence to the program, and personal health circumstances. To the extent permitted by law, Young Group is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the service, beyond the scope of the refund policy in section 5.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the client's jurisdiction of residence, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement between the parties.

10. Changes to these terms

Young Group may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version is always posted on this page, with the update date shown above. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
