Depending on how you interact with Young Group, we may collect:
- Contact information: your name, email, and phone number, when you book a consultation or register for the program.
- Health and weight-loss progress information you provide during coaching, including weight, body measurements, and any medical conditions or medications relevant to your weight.
- Meal photos and before/after photos (if any) that you submit as part of the program.
- Basic website usage data (e.g. pages viewed) through the analytics tool described in section 4.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver and personalize your weight-loss coaching program.
- Communicate with you about your progress, appointments, and program-related updates.
- Improve the quality of our service and website content.
We do not use your story, photos, or quotes as a public testimonial unless you've given clear, documented consent — see section 3.
3. Photo & testimonial consent
Before/after photos and client quotes are only published publicly (on our website, social media, or marketing materials) after we've received clear, documented consent from that client. You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting us using the details in section 10.
4. Third-party services
Our blog content is served through the WordPress platform. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our website (e.g. pages viewed, and some interactions like call/message clicks). Our website is also hosted and run through standard industry hosting infrastructure providers. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, and for a reasonable period afterward to support you, resolve questions, or meet any legal obligations. You can request earlier deletion of your information — see section 6.
6. Your rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, please contact us using the details in section 10.
7. Cookies
Our website does not currently use custom cookies or dedicated ad-tracking tools. The Google Analytics tool described in section 4 may set its own cookies under Google's standard mechanism for analytics purposes. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings.
8. Children's privacy
Young Group's services are not directed at, and are not intended for, minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version is always posted on this page, with the update date shown above.
